Individual Counselling
- Maybe you struggle with racing thoughts and it feels like your heart is going to beat right out of your chest
- Maybe you are questioning your purpose in life, are feeling hopeless and are struggling to find meaning
- Maybe you are going through a difficult life transition and finding it hard to cope
- Maybe you can't quite place what is wrong, but you know something doesn't feel 'right'
"one thing I feel clear about is that it's important not to let your life live you"
Irvin Yalom
Individual Counselling Approach
We believe that life's struggles, and how we view these struggles, can sometimes push us further away from how we truly want to live our lives.
There are effective strategies for bringing regulation to our bodies and our minds. These strategies can be taught, and practiced, with the hope that eventually we can adopt more helpful ways of being.

One of the main assumptions that informs our work is that, when we act in accordance with our values, we are better able to handle life's struggles and we feel more content with our lives- even when difficulties are present.
Self-exploration, and awareness of the present moment, is at the heart of finding out what is most important to us. In the same stream, purpose and meaning is created through doing what is most important to us.
