I firmly believe that I am not the healer, I am just a part of the context in which healing is inspired

Education and background
I completed my bachelor's degree (honours) in Psychology at the University of Victoria and shortly after moved to Fort McMurray to work as a Research Analyst at a local college.
After a few years of working with numbers, mostly behind a computer screen, I realized I wanted more for myself. I decided to follow my passion and go back to school to do my masters degree to become a Psychologist.

Throughout my masters training, and later in my experiences as a therapist, I realized very quickly that I absolutely love...well love...and connection...and all things relationships!
I've always been fascinated by how human connection holds the power to heal us, but also harm us. That is why relationships, and relational health, have been the focus of my work as a psychologist.
